# Prediction Markets Template

> Ready settings for a prediction markets strategy that copies Discord or Telegram calls into Polymarket, and how Polymarket orders work.

## Who it is for

This template is for traders who copy Yes and No calls on events from a Discord or Telegram room into Polymarket. The strategy takes a position on the outcome the caller names. You need a Polymarket wallet connected on the Brokers page.

## Settings

Start from **Start from scratch**, then set these values. [The Strategy Editor](/docs/copy-trading/strategy-editor/) explains each setting.

| General | Source | Discord or Telegram | TradingView is not offered for prediction markets. |
| General | Instrument | Prediction markets | This routes the strategy to Polymarket. |
| General | Direction | Both | The strategy takes Yes and No calls. |
| General | Entry | Market | Polymarket fills the whole order or cancels it. |
| General | Time in force | FOK | FOK is the only choice for prediction markets. |
| Brokers | Broker | Polymarket | It is the only prediction markets broker. |
| Sizing | How to pick the trade size | Fixed size | Every trade uses the same size. |
| Sizing | Default quantity | 10, Dollars | Each position costs $10. |
| AI | AI selling | On | The strategy acts on exit calls. |
| AI | Memory | Normal | The AI remembers the market the caller entered. |
| Protections | Duplicate protection | On | A repeat of a recent signal does not trade twice. |

## Broker differences

Prediction markets trade on Polymarket only.

Things the editor does for you:

- Direction reads **Yes**, **No** and **Both**.
- Exit shows a locked **Market** tile.
- A strategy moved from another instrument gets FOK as its time in force.
